IRATA Training Course
Following an initial chat, the company attended our IRATA Level 1 training course. We also encouraged them to visit various sites with our team, which helped us to ensure that our approach was consistent.
As part of the training we provided two trainers, each with different ways of handling the trainees. Unbeknownst to the trainees, we had sorted them into groups according to which training method we felt would suit each individual the best. This enabled us to provide a bespoke service that worked with the strengths of the trainees. As a result, we made them feel as though they were in safe hands and a trusted environment.
